ISR Shenyang Rubber Products Co., Ltd. was a joint venture formed by Parker Hannifin of America and Shenyang No. 4 Rubber (Plant) Co., Ltd. of China (51% ownership held by America and 49% ownership held by China). The total investment was 12 million US dollars, with the land area of 15 thousands square meters, the floor area of 22 thousands square meters and the existing staff of 430.
The co***ny was formally established in November, 2000 and put on operation in February, 2001, and has become one of the largest high pressure rubber hose manufacturers in China.
Since the establishment of the co***ny, some advanced product lines including DAK braider, wrapping and unwrapping machine, RBII braider and polypropylene cover process were introduced successively from Italy, Korea and America, and the production has increased as well as the increase of over 20% in the sales volume annually.
The key facilities for making hose from overseas were introduced by the joint venture based on the former Shenyang No. 4 Rubber Plant. The advanced technology from the overseas industry was assimilated. The strict product quality assurance system was formed, and it has been certified by ISO9001. Presently all the main products of the co***ny have reached the level of international industry after the test made by America and Korea, with the extensive market shares and high reputation.
The main products of the co***ny include high pressure wire braided hose, high pressure and extra-high pressure wire spiral hose and hose assembly, which are widely applied in engineering machinery, coal machinery, petroleum and chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, washer, building and traffic transportation, and place the leading role in the domestic market.
